All I can say is I'm going to get one more for my mom. One more thing, ive been using this since two pm and batt is still at 98%.
The more I like at this the more how much I hated it. No USB port? No drag and drop stuff onto it when you're on the move and away from a another computer or adaptors? You need POS itunes to sync this crap again?
So this was created to compete with netbooks? What makes it better (to justify the significant price increase)?
I honestly don't think it was meant to compete against netbooks... I think it's really a parallel device to an e-book reader... a more advanced e-book reader, hence the new iBooks app. It's just not a fully functional computer, I don't see how it can compete against netbooks without flash and multitasking.
Yeah you keep saying that... but you can't explain how I am a fan boy. I can explain why you're always complaining though.
I think what people use netbooks for vs. what the ipad will be mostly used for is pretty much similar. I just don't think the netbook market, especially at that pricetag, is that big. But then again, Apple has a better track record than I do on these things.
You are a fanboy. Everyone here knows that. If you don't want to be label a fanboy, stop trying to defend an overhype product that's well known for a bunch of stuff that's pretty lacking. I have the right to complain about the missing USB port and the iTunes. There are many other things to complain about but that's over ready been well covered. Anyone who uses an iPhone would know what's it like trying to drag files into it when you're not on your own computer.
