anyone still have an ipad 1? i'm getting one this week from a friend. does everything run fast on it?
Personally, I like the bigger screen of the iPad. I know it's not much and you can easily expand it, but the screen size is a lot better on my older eyes. The Apple store sells refurbished iPads for 319 which have the same 1 year warranty and all new exterior pieces so you can't tell it's a refurb but its too late to get that now in time for Christmas.
I still have one and nope. Games are hard to play, especially the newer games that have come out. Some wont even load. You can't even upgrade to iOS 6. If all you need it for is Internet though it works just fine.
