Drop them a portable DVD player with Independence Day, I Am Legend, or Aliens running. I'd like to see the reactions. They'd probably be painting themselves all kinds of colors after that.
I don't know guys -- the coke bottle reference is actually older than any poster who was born after 1980 (!) If it does not ruin Oski's wonderful post, I here propose a lil education for the under-28 crowd: (not in English, to preserve the mystery) <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/_2604ohFR8g&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/_2604ohFR8g&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
What is really strange to me is this conspiracy that the photos were taken from a plane -- those are google earth pictures. The viewing angles are clearly taken from a satellite. link
Good read on these tribal people in Brazil... http://www.survival-international.org/campaigns/uncontactedtribes Red body paint info http://www.survival-international.org/blog/
I'm under 28, I saw the movie in 6th grade, don't remember why but I'm sure we were one of the last classes to watch that instead of doing standardized test drills.
It's probably an appropriate time to put The Gods Must Be Crazy in your Netflix que. As Bob said, it was an indie film made in 1980 so I'm sure few on this board have ever seen it, but it a nice peice of cinematic art. The Gods Must Be Crazy
Wow. Let me guess, if your TX 6th grade education was like mine, this was a coach who needed to teach "social studies." But man oh man, The Gods Must Be Crazy as an educational film? LOL. And Cheetah, I like the tent graphic. It proves you are part of the Google conspiracy in this story.
We should so mess with them. We could put itching powder in their body dye. WELCOME TO THE 21ST CENTURY SUCKA!!!!!!
