Some of you guys need to come over to the D&D!

    ;)

I'm gonna give dream a pass until more is known.

But the reason I'm posting is I'd like some links to where John Kerry’s wife donated to Islamic extremist.

    Will! To the D&D!!!

texxx, this confession that you support terrorists as much as you support Hmong boy scout troops and Hamburg streetwalkers is a crushing blow.

That is a very narrow-minded view of it.

I could go on and on in making a connection with the money you and I spend in our everyday lives and how it helps, adulterers, muderers, terrorists, drug Lords etc.

It is a bottom-less pit and Hakeem was just a victim as you and I must have been one time or the other.

Every time the USA buys oil from Nigeria for example, it is contributing unknowingly to the genocide and quasi-dictatorship back there. But did you know about this before now? Surprise surprise - we are fallible in this sense.

What about Saudi oil? Do you really believe the Saudis are our true friends? Yet we deal with them and our money helped develop and pay for the public school system that produced at least of the 9-11 terrorists. So basically, your money indirectly helped to carry out the 9-11 attacks. It is crazy but yet provable. This bottomless pit can go on forever. Again we are fallible and affect directly and indirectly.

Lets take Hakeem for his words and use common sense. This is just an informative thread not a blaming laying one - because there is really no blame here if all accounts are accurate according to the report.

    Will
I agree with you - this is a psuedo-D&D thread.

I thought they were pretty clear that they were NOT investigating Hakeem and now everybody's mad at the government? So, no more investigating? No more interrogating? If you have any ties to terrorism whatsoever, how would anyone know if they never asked. I love the way people bash this country without thought. I love the way people side with France, Germany, etc...without reason. And please, no WMD cracks. Kerry, Clinton, Kennedy ALL HAD THE SAME INFO and ALL SAID THE SAME THING. I completely understand objections to policy, that's what makes us great. But please, never mistake our govt. for France or someone. France wants to head the EU, they want to seem on par with US, they want to stand strong in opposition against us at every turn. Well, let me get off my 'oldest enemy' rant!

I see all the analogies about donating money to homeless people but have yet to read any indictments or even investigations based on such outlandish gifts in the Houston metro area. Far-fetched notions are cute but are impractical and irrelevant for anything other than humor. If they are not called into context, they are taken as an 'experts opinon' because they are not argued by an opposing viewpoint. I am that opposing viewpoint. I can tell you that if you give $50,000 to a homeless man and he 'hangs out' with terrorist supporters, you SHOULD be investigated.

Hakeem is my favorite athlete in Houston Sports History.....period BAR NONE!!! I mean this - BAR FREAKING NONE!!! However, if a hero of mine, if a 'idol' of mine, if he did knowlingly contribute to terrorist activities that were opposed to the United States of America, I'd blow his ass up too!

So was Hakeem "the terrorist-sympathizer" Olajuwon dumb enough to publicly declare on his tax returns the charitable contributions he made to these two charities?

I think that would make him the dumbest terrorist-sympathizer in the world!!

You know, I'd knew I was going to have to clarify that comment for people who thought I thought Hakeem was a terrorist sympathizer. Now, I've got a CPA asking me for records! :(

Delete Hakeem Rockets Fans and insert Michael Jackson. There, now all you DREAM WOULD NEVER kids can relax and put your effort to a better use of stopping pedophilia. I rewrite for the dimwitted amongst us -

"Michael jackson is my favorite white...err...black singer ever.....period BAR NONE!!! I mean this - BAR FREAKING NONE!!! However, if a hero of mine, if a 'idol' of mine, if he did knowlingly contribute to terrorist activities that were opposed to the United States of America, I'd blow his ass up too!"

Read carefully...I know, I know but you did you check HIS album returns too. Cause if you did.............................

Hakeem didn't know that the money went to Bin Laden.
Les Alexander didn't know that Mo Taylor has Bin Lazy.

America is the best place in the world.
I go to the pool at my complex and women are in 2 piece bikinis.

If I were in Saudi Arabia, the women dress like they are in a NINJA DOJO.

    Freedom of dress!

Hakeem has done more for this city than any other athlete in its history. F*ck the chronicle for not standing behind the greatest player ever the city has known.

Dude I give strippers money at the strip club.

The strippers use that money to buy drugs from the drug dealer.

The drug dealer pays off his supplier in Afghanistan.

The drug farmers and Al Queda take some of that cash.

Give it up man. Not Dream's fault.

I am not saying that he knew the money was being used in that way, but if i donated 80 thousand dollars to something, I would know for sure where all of that money was going, and you would to, kinda fishy if you ask me
