Jordans are highly overrated. I'd take a pair of huraches over jordans anyday even though they cost about 25% less. All jordans look the same year after year. I mean there are now air force 25's. Didn't they start at 1? Same boring look.

Air Forces and Jordans are two different shoes so don't know why you would bring them up and J's don't look the same year after year there are a lot of different styles.

Somebody get this guy a jersey! Seems like he was denied jerseys during childhood and is now lashing out at everyone else.

Oh and Jordans are one of the most comfortable shoes ever. To play basketball and for casual wear. Yes, there are Jordans made especially for casual wear.

It's great that we are bashing the fashion sense of a child, the whole quirky aspect about a kid who loved Brett Farvre so much he wouldn't take his jersey off is certainly not what this story is about.

Agreed....There are tons of things to crack on people for. But, for people on a sports board to come on here and crack on a sports fan for being so dedicated to his team and favorite player seems a bit odd. Yeah, it's a quirky thing, but I respect that a hell of a lot more than all the bandwagon fans that jump behind a team and the against a team on a whim. Like, for instance, when they win 22 straight games in the regular season, perhaps?

Anyway, go back to bashing all the insensitive, the insane, the murderous people out there. Leave the kid alone, and, for pete's sake, start a jersey fund for mlwoo. That kid needs something to wear while he's rocking out to Kidz Bop and Hannah Montana.

Sorry I can't respect the kid or his parents for this. Wearing a jersey or any type of clothing for more then 2 days straight is just nasty and he managed to do it for 1,581 days. I don't care if he's a kid or not that is just pathetic.

I don't think there's anything cute about a kid wearing a jersey for 1,581 days. That's just disgusting. I don't care of its a sports forum and he just "likes Brett Favre." There's other ways to express your "dedication." That's just disgusting.

I don't think people should wear polo shirts unless they are playing polo or tennis. You are not playing a sport at the time, so why do you have to look like an assclown in public by wearing a polo shirt that is designed to be worn in a game. Wear a T shirt or something that says "Go Polo/Tennis/Whatever".

You are not a polo player, so do not wear their shirt.

Bashing a little kid who started doing this when he was 8 is what's pathetic.

How was it nasty or disgusting if the mom was washing it every 2 days and he wears it over another shirt?

You guys are so quick to make fun of the kid that you avoid all the details. It's not like he never took it off, he just wore it every day.

Agreed....bashing a kid without actually reading the article is pathetic. Attention to detail is a great thing.
