Anyone who saw tonight's game knows it wasn't House's Fault for his play

That's why he was out there for so long IMO. D'Antoni is figuring out his strategy for role players, and he needs to see if House can get the rookie jitters out of his system before the playoffs.

I love Danuel House. "I have grown to hate" Danuel House-only fans. Y'all spam worse than Yao-only fans did.

 

Atleast Yao was actually a legit star and had MVP potential if he had stayed healthy.

I think Yao had a real chance the year he was putting up 27/12/2 but got hurt 50 games in.

His fans were ridiculous but he was a really big deal and really freaking good. Hell hes in the HOF (I know mainly for his off court stuff but still)

This House stuff is just plain weird. I like him a lot hope the rockets can keep him beyond this year.

But if you never been on CF and just lurked around you would think that he’s the 2nd best player on the team after Harden.

Our playoff hopes depend on JH,Cp3,CC,EG being healthy and great but somehow House is getting lumped in with those guys.

 

I bet a lot of youngsters didn't know that the "only fans" label started with Yao. Before the arrival of Yao, Clutchfans (still called Clutchcity) was a cozy little community. The sudden influx of Chinese fans overwhelmed the family-like atmosphere.

But Yao was an awesome player and a great guy. So there weren't many haters vs only-fans. The most common battles I remember was about how Steve Francis couldn't pass the ball to Yao.

Then there's the McGrady thing. And the huge wave of Lin only fans. There are still skirmishes here and there. The DMo saga was big but kind of short-lived. The next battle ground was Melo. There weren't that many Melo only fans, but there were a few strong ones.

House is just the latest of a long line of in-fightings around a single player.

 

He has been playing, in the D-league.

Now the D-league don’t play many back to back games, but the playoffs won’t have back to back games either.

It’s not his fault but he’s also not the reason we win the games where he scores 14 points. He helps when he plays well. He hurts when he plays poorly. Mind blowing concept, I know.
He’s more important than Shumpert or Ennis. He’s also not as important as Harden, CP3, EG, PJ or Capela. Again, this should be a universal understanding that wouldn’t need 10 threads to explain.

 

House can't be wrong, he can only be wronged.

Well looks like it's calmed down a bit. For a moment there I thought they were going to try to rename the team the Houseton Rockets.

 

I could understand if he blows up in the playoffs.

House didn't play well.

He should've had more experience, true.. but yeah, he *did* didn't play particularly well -- I saw TWO damn-near airballed 3PTs and timidness.

Still 10+ games before playoffs (and playoffs equals more good experience too), so hope is far from dead.
