Amazing stuff!!! This commercial in question was ran twice today so far by my account. The second one on CNN was the rectified version but to my surprise, the first ad this morning on FOX was not corrected. The photoshoped picture of the troops was used. I was amazed and left mouth wide open that they would arrogantly or erroneously do that. Maybe they they assumed that FOX watchers would not know the difference.
I bet if Bush said this about his administration's mistakes, this race would not even be close. I have heard lots of people say "if only Bush would own up to his mistakes, I might vote for him again."
The truth is out there, because you fail to accept it in here. Bush has admitted to mistakes. And he's plainly stated that history will say many things about him, and he'll stand by every decision. He's also admitted to miscalculations - which are mistakes by the thesaurus' description. The truth has BEEN here, spooky.
Um, they only added 16 according to that explanatory pic (although admittedly I can't tell if any of the remaining troops are doctored) to fill in the large crowd of soldiers that were obscured by Bush and the podium. I don't see what the big deal is. Both candidates wear makeup. As Chris Rock would say, they don't really look like that. Yet something like this gets thrown about?
