I'm kind of afraid since the last time I went to the dentist was 5 years ago and my sister which is a dentist did my teeth and my teeth was sentive to anything hot or cold for like 2 months. Can you give me the address? I can't find it. Thanks
She said for sensitive teeth you can try Sensodyne which is an over the counter toothpaste, ACT a fluoride rinse or a prescription gel called prevident that will take the sting away.
My wife is a second year hygiene student this semester herself in an area program so I know the drill in looking for patients. For those worried about it being students, if they are in their second year they're pretty good by then. I also think you get a better cleaning because the instructors make the cleanings much more rigorous for the students to pass than you may find at a dental office.
Thanks Classic, you're exactly right and Good luck to your wife at State Boards Second year the instructors are really thorough to get the girls ready for their boards. So if you go to a mirror, lean forward and look behind your lower teeth and see something like this the students at Kingwood need you! The longer you've gone without a cleaning the better. Believe me Jontro, there's not a bit of quit in any of the girls in the program. They'll work hard to get those teeth clean. thanks again!
HUGE thanks from myself and the ladies in the Kingwood Dental Hygiene Program c/o 2012 for the great response from ClutchFans.net Some of the ladies were able to fill their state board requirements from people here on the BBS. They've worked so hard to get where they are in the program and you guys helping out means so much to them. You have no idea. so thanks again!
