I don't know where you get this, I have always liked the new logo/uniforms.

I just feel that the style and look of the new logo is under average standards compared to other team.

People didn't really like the old logo/colors when we had them. At least nationally. The Rockets had just won back to back championships and nobody outside of Houston was buying merch, presumably because the ketchup and mustard wasn't attractive to people who weren't already Rockets fans. That's why they changed. It's just unfortunate that changed to something worse, ugly ass pinstripes and a flying dildo with teeth. As I recall, fans were excited for a new logo. They only started really supporting the old one when the new ones turned out to be "blech".

The old stuff is more popular now than it was then because 1) nostalgia and 2) retro is cool. Kind of the same way the Astros rainbow unis became popular later on. I don't think the same love would be there if the Rockets had continued wearing the ketchup and mustard.

It's a good look. If you're going to roll up or push up your sleeves anyway, might has well get a 3/4 sleeves shirt.

You must have never read a cfans thread about our current unis. Id guesstimate 75% ppl hate them and the logo.
