Since one drop of semen has more life than one drop of blood, why doesn't dracula suck dick instead?

No. It is actually near the top of the scrotum, well above the testicle.

I don't think it is anything serious. When you have a lump on one of your balls then that is more serious. I'd still have it checked out just to be safe, but I wouldn't worry too much over it.

Also might be a good time to stop smoking.

I would think it could still be the vas deferens.

Is it only on one side?

Yup. It is on the right side.

Isn't the vas deferens the vein you urinate from? It isn't there.

You definately want to get that checked out asap to rule out testicular cancer. The earlier the detection the better.

The good news is that testicular cancer survival rates are among the highest of any cancer. 97ish% survival. They have done really really well with that type of cancer. In the 70's it was very difficult to beat like many of the other cancers.

I thought you urinate through the urethra and the vas defrens is what transports sperm from your balls to your weewee.

Unfortunately it usually involves you losing one ball. :(

Then you could get those nut implants. Tell 'em to sew a potato up in there and proceed to enter "biggest nuts" competitions around the world.

Assuming such contests exist, of course.

Just playin' man. Let us know how your boys are doing after you get checked out.

If it feels like a liquid pouch it is probably a hydrocele. The procedure for removing that is simple and easy. I was told by the doctor that its time to worry if it's a small hard lump.

I spoke with a friend who is a urologist who suggested grasping the ball-sack and squeezing with all your might until the vein returns to its proper state.

    Go for it.

Can't believe I read this thread much less am replying in it, but...

Years back one of my balls had swollen to twice the size of the other and was damn sensitive (in a bad way). It hurt just hanging there. Oh I knew I had the big c. Went and saw the family doc and he took one look and said I had epiditimitis. Turns out no one knew what really causes it or why it goes away on it's own after a few weeks, but it did.

I suggest you taper back on AC/DC music and 80's videos - maybe wear a jock strap on the outside of your pants at work and call me in the morning ;)

    apparently, Dracula = Hillary Clinton

seriously, FFB, sounds like a cyst. if you squeeze it, is it hard? white-ish?

no big deal, but you should get it checked out. you could do so at your leisure, assuming of course, you have no other symptoms. cysts are typically benign; you could have it excised, but that's strictly for cosmetic reasons. again, assuming it's a cyst.

Well, FFB, best of luck to you.

Anyway, make sure you keep us updated about your scrotum.

In other words, don't go all Almu on us...

You might have a varicocele, which is basicly a varicose vein around the testicle. It's not dangerous, but can cause infertility.

Regardless...it's your balls, man. Go get it checked out.

When I was 9 yrs old, I had a testicular torsion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Testicular_torsion) which is just about as much fun as it sounds. The pain was unimaginable. I could barely breathe. If you are experiencing pain and swelling, go to the emergency room. Now. Drop what you're doing and go, because the sooner you get there, the better your chances of retaining your lil' fellas.
