I would only suggest that, while there are some great works and should be part of anyone's library, we try and stray away from the 'classics' a bit.

Animal Farm, Call of the Wild, Catcher in the Rye, etc. are all great books...but chances are most of us have been through high school (well most of us anyway :D ) and have come across them before.

I'd like this to be an opportunity to pick up some interesting works that I might not have/will come across. Just want to broaden the horizons a bit.

Anway, I'll try and pick up "Girl with..." soon.

I probably should've just said "read Peter F. Hamilton's Reality Dysfunction series"...

Too deep for many here. But I highly recommend it to you sci-fi nuts....

    RM95:

You are a pathetic slop of a man. You're the excuse for life everyone on the left always points to. Key word: pathetic.

You can't even lose weight like a normal human being. How long did it take you to lose 7lbs?

Tell Rm95's Girl to grab your tiddies, cause that's the only action yer gonna see.

And as for book action... You won't even buy it. You know what I'm talking about.

    You're pathetic. :)

    Riight.

I'm getting so much action from RM95's Girl that I'm actually turning it down! She's not going to buy me the book anyway, so get over it man.

As for the Tammy Bruce book, forget the $50, but I'm still going to read it. I'm sorry that I can't lose weight that fast, but I like food and beer and hate exercise, so get off my case b****!!

    :)

OK. So, I don't have to pay you for reading a book that you're not gonna read, you're still going to be a drunken slob, you're not going to exercise (only way to lose weight), and... You're going to remain a drunken slob?

    Cool.

    I'll keep my money. :)

BTW, this is a classic example of one thread f*ing up another thread... I think RM95 and I could have conversed without the fatboy-mantit jabs had that other thread not happened...
