Ive been here in colombia for a week or so for business and theres a drug called Scopolamine thats devastating the nation. Its kinda like a date rape drug but it also works by absorption in the skin or inhaling. It only takes a few seconds to hit and once it does you turn into a zombie. You fall under the spell of the other person and do whatever they ask you consciously. You cant refuse any of their command it looks like to other people that you're perfectly normal. Its literally the craziest **** ive ever seen in my life. Tourists are getting drugged left and right and its devastating the nation. People are drugging cops and having them commit crimes on their behalf. I came with a few doctors and one got drugged walking to dinner the first day. The next moment he woke up naked in the middle of the city with everything gone. They had videos of him going to ATMs and Stores and smiling ahd holding hands with this lady who was robbing him in plain daylight. Vice did a story on it awhile back but its exploded since Im surprised theres not more stories about it in western media cuz the drug is the most scariest thing ive ever seen.
Sucks for Colombia. “Passport Bros” spend a lot of money down there…I guess they are going to start going to Thailand or Dominican Republic.
Scopolomine is the same active ingredient in "devil's cucumber" that the Haitians used to use to make "zombies". Its also what mideval witches used (in the form of nightshade) to stick in their cooch with a broomhandle so they could halucinate about flying. What's old is new, I guess? Acetylcholine agonist, iirc. Supposed to result in total memory loss and the worst hangover of your life. Not pleasant at all. Oh, IIRC scopolomine also works to competatively block a whole bunch of nerve agents, like VX. Very similar effects to atropine, which is the go-to counter agent for a bunch of nerve gasses.
You have no idea how bad it is. The drug is super cheap (10 bucks) and it's super potent. Nobody is socializing with others and the entire society is on edge. It's wild. People are getting drugged in broad daylight left and right.
There dying left and right man...it's sad...I met a few ambulance drivers there that said 3-5 foreigners are dying a day but they hide the numbers. It's a tragedy
I used scopolamine patches to go deep sea fishing. Maybe that's why that kid jumped off the cruiseship?

Ive done “Tussi” (dont ask) which is a colombian party drug. Not to be confused with 2-cb. wouldnt touch **** though
Tussi isn't anything like this. I know alot of rich doctors and lawyers that do tussi as a party drug but this is different. This makes you incapable of thinking for yourself while looking completely normal. It's scary as **** man. You're consciously being robbed without knowing.....WTF?!?!
It's ****ing crazy. A girl can put some under her nails and simply put it on your lips or through a pore in your skin and you'll be gone within minutes. You will look conscious and look normal but you'll do everything that person tells you to do. If she tells you to jump in front of a car you'll do it. Its ****ing insane. It's only 20 bucks a gram which is enough to drug 5 people. When this hits the US its game over

It was not meant as doubting that it exists. My worry is that once something like this exists, it will not remain confined to one city or country.
I believe you but not every drug has the same effect on every human, also gender specific. Best way stay away from drugs?

Same here, in low and medicinal doses it has several uses. This is not that. And no, the kid jumped off the boat because he was drunk and some people dared him to do it, that's all.
