OK, I have a question for anyone else that plays dynasty mode. I'm playing as CU, and every season, my conference schedule is exactly the same (except the home and the away games are switched). What's up with that? In 2003 they rotated so I got to play Texas occasionally and get Oklahoma off my damn schedule for a while. Is this not happening in 2004?

Yeah, it's pretty addictive. I plan on starting a new dynasty once i get a lot more names put in. so far, I've gotten everyone rated over a 90 on the game, and I've gone team by team and put in names for the best 6 or 7 guys on each team. Plus, I've done complete teams like Texas, OU, Michigan, etc.

I'll probably use a weaker team when i start over. For now, though, I wanted to get used to everything with a team with some talent. Having the best recruiting class in the offseason didn't hurt either.

DV- you live in the Austin area, right? Maybe we can get together at some point and play a couple games head to head. Although that 78 game (and counting) winning streak is a little intimidating.

If I were to win, would you be offended if I ran around the room screaming, "I shook up the world!?" :) Seriously, I have it on PS2, and it'd be cool to play someone a little better than the computer, without having to worry about all the online stuff, as cool as that may be.

Yeah I too was wondering if he had a life. I haven't had the time to play a whole lot and the time will be even less now that I am back at work. I did go to formation subs and make those changes. make sure you do it for normal kickoff. You have a better chance because the computer does not put as many people on that side and you can get the ball back easier. As for scheduling, when I started a dynasty to practice on until I got the full name rosters, before the season began it gave me the option to adjust my schedule. I took some teams out and put others that were open on that date in. I used a Created team and replaced UCONN so I was playing their schedule., so I took out some of the crappy teams and put in some more challenging foes.

Try Alabama on there, they are weak as hell on there this season. I just got through beating Auburn 49-48 in triple OT and man do I love it! I love the Sports Illustrated covers and the improved graphics. Best fb game ever!

I didn't say I played every game did I? Yes, I do have a life. But what do you expect from a kid still in college honestly. I am in houston at my parents house with no job(summer school didn't allow it) and nothing I have to do during the day, and I like the game, so its no surprise I play it a lot.

But I played basketball on saturday, and my friends come over often during the week. Part of it is I am a night person, so often I play the game awhile late at night and I have had it since last tuesday. Plus, there's no way I play every game in every season. I usually play key games if my team needs the win badly and a big bowl game. I'd say I have played 5 of those 78 wins, because my team is so talented they can beat the dregs of the big 10 on its own.

    Junglerules,

It would be fine by me. I would be lying if I said I played all those games, btw. I have basically been responsible for getting/keeping the talent, setting up my offense/defense week by week and playing the National Title games. I have fun recruiting more than anything, and I dabble at the challenges. But I can play the game hours at a time because of recruiting, and all the neat additions they added.

If you want the truth, I'm a decent player nothing more or less, as my friend who has much better hand eye coordination can make me look horrible. But you can brag all you want if you were to win, I expect nothing less, even from myself.

    RM95,

I'm just curious, but do you even remember who I am? I was at a few of the Austin rockets associations last year in fact. Just asking out of curiosity. I'm not mad, its just I have a hard time discerning the tone of your posts sometimes and am gullible. Sorry to take it the wrong way.

    Drew,

My dad is very sensitive about the computer so I have to do it when he is free, but I think it will work fine. You did say to download the software on the startup cd they give you, correct?

Actually if you ar etalking about the Interact website, it is down. You can get version 2.0 from ps2rosters.com . Just look in the section about downloading the rosters or something to that effect.

Are the 2004 rosters up yet? I didn't see them. I'm thinking of just sending that guy a memory card.

Man, I've had the game since Friday and I haven't even started conference play yet in my UT dynasty. You guys are seriously obsessed with this game. Not that that's a bad thing. :D

I love the game so far even though it'll be much better after my rosters are done. They FINALLY have the REAL UT fight song. I love the dudes running with the flags after TD's and the cannon too.

Yeah they are up. when you go to the ps2rosters main page look in the middle for a PS2 symbol. Next to it it says ver 1.0. click that and you'll get the roster zip.

Hey dudes that are underfeated you might just switch the level away from junior varsity or varsity and move it to HEISMAN where i play it, i even get my ass whoop by ghetto ass teams like Praire View A&M yall just got to change it is real fun.

And whoever wants the rosters for this game dont buy a Sharkport cause they are ****, i bought 2 sharkports this weekend and none of them work with my playstation bull****.

Just send your memory card to DT linder and he will copy them 4 you, I send mine Yesterday and i cant wait to get them this Friday.

Over all this game is the bomb but the defense is tuff on heisman you cant even throw a pass cause they will intercept lobs.

    Praire View A&M 49

    Texas A&M 21

    I lost

Yeah, see, that would frustrate the hell out of me, and wouldn't feel too realistic.

I stick with All-American level, which is pretty challenging, but not to the point where I'm losing to crappy teams.

Right now, I'm playing really well because I started with a strong team that's become stronger due to recruiting. However, I'll start over soon with a weaker team, and I'm sure All-American will be just right.

Did you make sur eyou downloaded the latest version of the software for your PC? If you aren't using the 2.0 software the port will not work. The other problem is that the version of the PS2 software may not be correct for your version of the ps2. I'm not sure how to fix that. In the past you could contact interact and they would send you the right disk but now thatthey have been sold I don't know if you can get anything from MadCatz.

If you want a real challenge, try being Vanderbilt.... talk about frustrating... its still the best game I have ever played. They even put the Vandy mascot in there... unreal. Also have a few chhers that Vandy does, there must be someone in EASports who went to Vandy. No way they left out UT's fight song and input random Vandy football cheers.

6-3 so far...... my games are piss poor to watch... 7-6, 10-7, etc.

I'm leaving it on default right now. Messing with the sliders makes me feel like I'm cheating. In prior versions of NCAA, I've struggled on Varsity (I usually go down to JV when I feel the CPU is cheating) but this year I'm kicking everyone's ***. It might be that Texas is that damn good. If I keep winning national titles, I'll move to a different school and if I turn them into winners then I'll kick it up to AA.

Important question for ya'll. My brother got me GTA Vice City for PS2 on my bday. I haven't yet opened it. I already have GTAIII and NCAA 2003. I was wondering if I should exchange Vice City for '04. Is it worth it?
