haha... I know better than that! You'd have been OU not OSU. I played a few more of the challenges last night those are pretty fun. The BYU-SMU challenge looks tough. You have to score 22 points in 4:45 and get the win. You better be able to recover a couple of onside kicks. I also started a dynasty with my created team but went to bed before I got into it very far. Hopefully i can dive into that later today. So far the game has been fun and yes the defense can be tough. but the option and Play Actionswork really well now. CK
Castor....I tried that one a few times before i gave up....i want to unlock SMU bad.....Eric Dickerson is a freaking stud in that game. It's tough
I have had the Az Wildcat glitch talked about earlier. It doesn't happen all the time but I did notice it in '84 Neb vs Miami and the Holiday bowl BYU v Mizzou games. My opponet was always wearing the Az uni. But in the BC v Mia game they had the correct unis on.
Okay, that makes me feel a little better, that it's not just me. I haven't had it happen since, and i hope it stays that way. Yeah, i somehow passed the BC vs Miami challenge on the first try....Doug Flutie is a pimp. I think I passed the Florida-FSU one where Florida has to break the 31-31 tie. Oh, also the Notre Dame-Penn St. game, i passed that one. I have yet to try many of them, and some seem like they'd be incredibly difficult, like the SMU one. I'm sure I'll give them all a shot at some point. I just started a dynasty with Michigan after messing with rosters and all that mostly yesterday. I love the endzone celebrations, and the play action passing is awesome. Next up: UH, and then ND!
So far I think the game is improved over last years games I like the way that your OL can finally get pancakes thus have a chance at some awards The SI covers are a nice additon Recruiting is more in deph thus harder So far im 2-3 in my TTU dynasty, so its pretty challenging. I have losses against NCSU, Ole Miss, and NEW MEXICO that was painful. I won against aTm and SMU. So far Im enjoying it, though I might have use another playbook there is not enough running plays. My biggest gripe is the expections for the coach, keep my prestige is no problem, but winning a big 12 championship w/ in 3 years might cause problems.
I picked my copy up yesterday and I've noticed (especially when looking at replays) the screen will literally shake- PS2 version. Overall, I think its improved a lot, and I like how you can switch conferences at the end of the season.
The Tech Fight song has been in the game for the past few years. Also there is still a PC version of NCAA & Madden

Awesome game. I started as Georgia Tech, and had a horrible second year, so I got fired, and went to houston. Yes, cougar high. After two good years in C-USA, the Big 12 invited me to join their conference replacing Texas Tech. I'm now a perennial national power. Cougar High is back bab-ee!
The coach contracts are a million times better. You don't have to accomplish exactly what it says either, just really look at your job security. The higher it is the safer you are.
I "lead" my Texas State Bulldogs to an 11-1 record. ND offered me a job and I jumped on it. big mistake.
To touch on several of the above posts: NCAA is not made for the PC because it was not profitable. EA would not spend the money to develop a PC version and the port versions were terrible and did not sell. That is why they don't make it. TCU would be Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth. The rosters will probably not be out for a while. Think of how long it will take to manually adjust rosters for 117+ teams and many of the good roster people will be adjusting ratings, depth charts and other stuff. For one of the best sets IMO keep an eye on www.ps2rosters.com that guy has had som ereally good sets in the past.
Im in Year 1 at UT. I dropped Rice off my schedule so I'd have one less game. I lost to Arkansas and fell to #8, but got the # 1 ranking after beating K-State and OU. I guess blowing out Iowa St. wasn't good enough for the voters cause I'm # 2 now (5-1, 3-0).
