I'm curious as using them as a home builder. Pretty affordable houses. It takes 5-6 months from the time you sign agreement until the time you get your keys. There are even a couple websites out there for people that have had nightmare experiences with either the building process of the financial aspect of it. They get you in to use their in house financing company (NVR Mortgage) by offering you things like a free morning room ($12k value), $5k in closing cost, or a free finished basement. Just was wondering if anyone here had one or knew someone who did and if they were happy or regret their decision. Company claims they have a 98% satisfaction rate but who believes those numbers.
