I have tried a couple. The ones that moment makes are great. I find I am using them with an iphone 6 instead of pulling out the canon sx40 more and more.

Why do you need a cell phone zoom lens?

    Who are you spying on?

Are you trying to spy people from far away before they interrupt you while you eat?

They let you take some nice photos with your camera without having to use the zoom.

    Nice.
Are you able to manipulate it . . . or is it set to one standard zoom?

    nice Picture though

The telephoto lens is set, but you can then zoom with your phone though the lens. Of course unless you have the phone on a tripod almost any zoom starts to blur. The foothills in that photo are about 25 miles away.
