    Everytime I see one, I know they a Jehovah's Witness. Seriously, these guys are all decked out to the nines, and you can bet they got the watchtower pamphlets somewhere on their body

    just referring to the guys.

    i see mostly suits, not the cheap ones from MarShalls. but the ones with like the vests. also wing tip shoes. Maybe it's more of a NY thing.

    there are plenty of hispanic panhandlers too brah!

    i will say however, that panhandlers in mexico are more likely to be working for that $$$. at best, here in 'murca you might have a dude with a squeegee. in mexico there will be clowns, musicians or jugglers. i even saw a dude breathing fire once at an intersection near the bus station in monterrey.

    respect the hustle.
