Anyone else think it's going to end up being Donyell Marshall?

I will take anyone that improves the team, and Donyell does that.

This is a great idea and it would get the rockets to the championship caliber team for years to come but I don't believe you can just cut Howard. He's on the books against the cap until pretty much '09 if I'm correct. True, no luxury tax on his contract but if we have White Chocolate, Swift on this team, along with a max Tmac and Yao, we'd be way almost over the cap already for just these 4 players not including the the remaining Howard's contract, so we'd have to pay luxury tax for sure. I love the idea but it's not going to happen. If we get Swift I don't believe we're not going to sign Marshall.

I'd be fine with Marshall. He's the guy I've wanted all along. He's actually proven himself unlike Swift. Yeah, Donyell is older but he's not that old; he's got some good years left. The guy is a good rebounder and he's got GREAT range; the man can shoot the 3. Seems like a perfect fit to me.

I like low budget bargains also. A guy like Demarr Johnson and Walter McCarty would give the Rox flexibility without breaking the bank. Walter could come in and play the Dirk type players or play the taller 3's and move Tracy to the 2 at times. Johnson is a long range shooter who is only 25 and long and athletic which is what the rox need also.Barry could back him up when he's not on. I think the rox can really tinker with this team and they could be very potent.
