Why would we keep Finch? Iso Harden doesn't work ppl. Keeping Finch would be like the Pacers promoting McMillan We need to start fresh, would rather have D'Antoni as Assistant if possible with JVG at head coach
I don't like it, but we've been a top 10 offensive team for years now. If we're going to get a purely offensive or purely defensive coach, I'll go with the defensive because we haven't had a big problem scoring points. We have, however, had major issues with defense. Makes no sense to pick up someone like D'Antoni and bet on an assistant or something fixing our defense. We KNOW Finch can get us in the top 10 offensively.
We need a Gene Hackman from Hoosiers or Nick Nolte from Blue Chips. Or the high school coach from Teen Wolf.

I think the fact that some people think Jeff Van Gundy disciplines his players, I think, is a misconception of him as a coach. Either way, some people love the pseudo great coach who no one else is clamoring to get to coach their team.

Something interesting. Yesterday during the game, JVG was talking about the rosters of the teams. He said "If you look at the Rock... Rosters." He almost said Rockets instead of rosters. It may have just been a simple slip that had nothing to do with the Rockets but it sure sounded like his mind was elsewhere.
