I am loving watching right wing nut jobs freak now that the Democratic party is in control of Congress. Pure comedy. The Republicans were taking us towards a police state but now it is the Dems coming for your guns. Next the Dems are going to go after the rich peoples taxes. Then the Dems are going to quit giving the oil industry kickbacks. Then the Dems are going to offer up discounts on urban properties in need of redevelopment to terrorists. Then the Dems are going to sell the Grand Canyon to the Chinese. Then the Dems are going to require everyone to become homosexuals. Gosh this is fun!

Ok. I have a FFL. I sell guns. I am on your side in this debate. I'm not out to get you. But stop and think for a second about how monomaniacal you must appear to others. Your general tone only makes neutral third parties more inclined to be in favor of gun control. If I were a $2 psychologist I would say that you view guns as a means to force your will on the world, and are applying the same approach with your verbal arguments here but you don’t have the online equivalent of a gun to back it up. Of course I’m not so I won’t. Perhaps you are pining for your ultimate shootout with the ATF, but the bottom line is you are only pushing away people who aren’t already hard core gun nuts. You sound like someone looking for a fight. Please think about backing off of the paranoid and combative post style. Seriously, I want to stay in business. You can be in favor of gun rights without sounding like you are planing to wage a jihad on liberals.

Sure, there are violent acts committed in China. But in the vast majority of cases they aren't done with guns, people mug others with knives instead. It invalidates your (the NRA's) argument that if there were anti-gun legislation passed the criminals would have guns while law-abiding citizens wouldn't.
I don't know you but you seem like an OK guy but personally leaving a loaded and unlocked gun sitting around just to gain a few extra seconds to stop a guy stealing your TV seems paranoid and irresponsible. I will conced to your superior knowledge of firearms regarding that the gun is in someone's hand in accidentle shootings. That given accidental shootings happen, I can tell you from personal experience of knowing someone who accidently shot himself, and also guns ending up in wrong hands happens too. Sorry about the dogpile but Ottomaton is right, arguing against increased gun control is one thing but then talking about the need to keep high powered firearms around unsecured to stop all those crackheads from invading seems pretty extreme.
I personally collect what are known as vest-pocket pistols... guns that can fit in the palm of your hand. Am I compensating for being too well endowed below the belt in the world of Kam's pop psychology for beginners?

Actually I reserve that honor for examples of malicious character defamation followed by stubborn intransigence. In the six plus years that I have been posting here I have only considered it once. I've read enough of Kam's posts to know that he basically makes all sorts of off the wall comments but if he ever offended someone he would not have intended to do it and he would apologize. I don't think Kam needs to worry.
