I knew that was going in once I saw Lillard have like 5 ft of space from any Rockets player

Well, with that one officially 100% bona fide rescinded technical, it wouldn't even make sense to care.

We have a great team and they should go home knowing that they are actually the better team. Life isn't over.

Yea, I'm emotionally invested heavily in this team and that shot really didn't affect me. IT was terrible defense all around... after a time out. I hope we make a strong move at someone this offseason. The refs did this one to us.

That had a Stockton feel to it.

Before the inbound even happened, the moment you saw Parsons chasing Lillard, it was over.

    Crushed.

The minute I saw that there was .9 seconds on the clock I knew there was a chance of that exact thing happening. And when it happened I didn't even yell or scream or cry or anything. Just sat there and closed the stream. Story of the series, really. Our guys basically battle 8-on-5 for 47 minutes, and then screw the game away on their own in the last one.

With the Spurs and Thunder both having a chance to miss the 2nd round, although unlikely, makes it hurt more.

You have to detach yourself emotionally... otherwise it's too painful

To tell you the truth... I'm actually not as emotionally hurt as I thought I would be.

I mean the way we lost is probably the only thing I'm upset about.

But it seems Houston is best known for coughing up leads lately.

We didn't deserve to win this series even with the refs favouring Portland so heavily.

We were outcoached constantly. It took 4 and a half games to find a way to stop their best player.

If all we did was focus on rebounding defensively this game it would've been over long before 0.9 seconds left.

There's a light at the end of the tunnel.

McHale is gone from the sideline.
Dwight Howard has reasserted himself as the clearly best C in the League.
We will hopefully find a coach who is competent at drawing up plays.

The constant double digit leads we gave up this series was abysmal. We 100% had the more talented team. And will so next season.

Hopefully we have the coach to put it to use.
