    Yep.

How quickly we forget, for example, the Damian Lilliard situation two years ago.

"We won, we won, we wo----oh, s***."

    1. We just gave up the lead with less than 10 seconds left just a few seconds prior.
    2. Harden hit the go ahead basket with nearly 3 seconds left. Game is far from over.
    3. Dwight gave a little "yes" fist pump double axe handle hidden in his shirt. Probably had his hands in his shirt from the 12-second emotional roller coaster he just rode.

As for the other players, Brewer thought the same thing. 3 seconds left. Gotta get a stop. Jones was amped. But he showed it in his own weird way. Like the macho stare or something. Watch it again. Quite hilarious

There was still 2.2 sec left. I don't think the intense look really mean that much.

It wasn't a "game winner" at that time, because the game wasn't over.

What a bunch of overblown shenanigans. Reminding me why I don't like Twitter, haha.

Anyone who thinks Dwight was fistpumping under his shirt needs to check themselves. He was flipping Harden the bird, just like the guy in the suit behind him.

This. I was still so upset from the previous play, I was more relieved but not excited when Harden made the shot. I think that was many fan's reactions and some player's reactions.

What's even more telling is those same people ignore the fact that we were only down (aka going to lose) for less than 8 seconds

All these pundits are making it seem like the bench knew we were walking out with a loss until Harden hit the winner.

In fact, if their rhetoric is true, the bench should have been "celebrating" when Clark hit the layup

Wow there's really nothing at all to this story, just zip. You can see him pumping his fists inside his shirt and everybody on the bench was still nervous with 2 seconds left. If everybody lets themselves go with 2 seconds left, great chance they start to lose focus and might lose the game. We won and while we played stupid and should've put them away, I saw a team hustling and putting up a fight so at least showed some pride. If we win game 4, there's nothing more we could've hoped for in this series.

All those guys at the end of the Bench are goners! they don't give a rat ass about no Game Winner especially Howard! that's why this team underachieved! Howard was looking for his next pay day 3 years ago... None of them bought in.

This is just silly. Dwight clearly pumped his hands like "yes". There was still game to be played and I'm sure he wanted to be in there to get the stop. Quit reading into it so much.

Anyone defending the bench reaction is clearly bias. That was pathetic.

Time to purge this offseason. Starting with Dwight, TJ and Brewer -- what a coincidence those were the three...

That was not a normal reaction for that moment. It wasn't just Howard, it was the guys on the bench and even the guys on the floor. The chemistry on this team is really weird.
