He didn't say much of anything tbh. I do like how he is making the excuse for himself that it takes "years" to rebuild. Overall i don't disagree with him but as a fan i don't want to wait years.
You think he's just leading us on and messing around as a GM, and in reality is actually content with the lineup we have now??
Proving he can hang with the NBA guys is step 1. The team isn't tanking and won't throw a guy out there if he is not ready. On the other hand, if he does show himself ready, I don't think they'd be afraid to play him-- look at Parsons. While they do have depth at PF now, who knows what moves they will make before the season starts. Also, both their centers from last year may be gone so unless they find a center, there may be minutes available wither with Motiejunas at C or, more likely, with him at PF and Scola or Patterson at C.
Morey needs to hire these guys: http://www.aetv.com/barter-kings/about/ These guys started with an MP3 player last night and ended up with a pair of jet skiis. Morey isn't getting the same results.
For what it is worth: ←*Back Steve Kyler @stevekylerNBA Hearing Houston Rockets have a deal in the works to move Sam Dalembert and possibly the 16th pick 5 minutes ago via TweetDeck 15+ Retweets
Doesn't make sense to me. The best that pick could ever be is the 15th pick of the draft... to trade the 16th pick now for a future pick (worth less) simply to get that burden off your shoulders seems like you're compounding the fail on the T-Will trade.
Its a wild guess. Just a hunch. With Morey its like putting all your chips on the green 0 at the Roulette table. For some reason they just seem like a team ready to deal with the Rockets to aquire their picks.
