Anybody want to ball before the season opener? [11/3]

yeah even i did well out on that court...too bad i cant make it out till the playoffs again but i am down to play whenever i am back in town...it was great meeting all of y'all again. next time we play I call CCR on my team again, guy can flat out shoot the rock.

 

I'm down for the next one.

 

i like that the court is "hidden", but that floor is a torn ACL waiting to happen.

 

There is an elementary school in Bellaire (on Rice I think) ... forgot what its name is but they have a covered court. I used to go there when I lived in the area. Not sure if its still open.

 

We should find a good court in the Katy area for those of us in the Westside. I can't be driving to SWHouston every weekend...

Do you know of a good place? Maybe Taylor HS or Bendwood park on Kimberly near BW 8?

 

Well, one of my best friends is a coach at Mayde Creek and we play there every Saturday. I'll have to see how he feels about a bunch of people he's never met coming up there.

 

I have played Tennis on their courts a few times without anyone tellin' me and my little girls to beat it, so I guess we can also play some Tennis if anyone wants. I have NEVER seen basketball courts there... you mean the GYM or the black tops?

I don't really care where, just want to play.

I did play over at UH this past week and the courts aren't too bad... I guess if you can handle the 80 degree weather its a decent alternative.


Well if nobody comes up with anything, Me and shan will be out at Torn ACL park again around 2 PM.

So what's the deal? Are you guys gonna be playing tomorrow same place, same time? I will definitely try to make it this time. If you guys wanna play at the UH black tops that would be awesome! I would definitely be down for that. I haven't played ball all week, and didn't tonight so I'm itching to play. Let me know.

 

where do yall play? probably too far for me. tired of playing against 14 year old high school wanna be Wade's at the court by my house.

Damn, caught this thread a bit late, what days are you gonna start playing. Been starting back up at 24 Hour but wouldn't mind getting together with the guys.

 

Well I think we're just going to ball again at the same place as last week.
