I'll warn you guys, I play a very good Kenny Smith/Voshon Leonard/Chuck Person.

Leave me open in the corner and I'll kill ya. Anywhere else and I might as well be sitting on the bench.

there's a court at Memorial @ Waugh that I find to be okay to play at. the concrete can be a little slippery at times, but it is central and get regular games throughout the week.

Go to www.maps.google.com then copy and paste this address in: 3621 Willia St, Houston, TX. Park in the abandoned YWCA parking lot there and the covered court is down the hill.

I may try and go tomorrow, though likely closer to 10 am to be done by 1 pm.

Unless I'm mistaken there will be a shirt provided for every fan that is there by tip off. I think that basically means there will be a shirt on every seat.

As for playing tomorrow, I'm definitely planning to be there. Just take it easy on me. I can't wear my glasses on the court because they'll fly off and I'm out of contacts, so I play partially blind these days :(

    Ok so what's the official?

Dave's spot tomorrow after around noon? 12-1? Hmm, we should exchange numbers or something in case I get lost.

yea, i'll be on the floor dying for air, so yea, do that play over again :p

Yaozer, I corrected it on my original post, youll see the park to your right and turn right on the next parking lot, go all the way down to the end, take a hard left, and youll see the court.

and yes, FB can ball, I'm ashamed to say she blocked me too :(

    aaaaaand

in this picture, it shows where the park is in relation to other landmarks like the Galleria, and Westheimer and 610.

this picture shows where the court is. the red circle is where you can park. the arrow pointing to that thing in the middle of the orange circle is the court. it is covered. i think it's kind of slippery, and they have benches which is neat.

Thanks for the directions Kam! I'll try to make it, I'll probably wake up at 1. I just balled for like 4 hours tonight.

Why didn't you come when we played this summer at the Rec Ctr?
