I don't know either of these cats, but if Gene got banned then why on earth isn't Moe? He went further than Gene. He started this by coming on to the thread he did not even want to read because the other guy was on his ignore list and insulting him. "I didn't read your post, but it was moronic". I guess there is a pretty heavy double standard here. People reported Pig and said for Moe to edit his clean and for any who quoted him to do the same. I guess all is forgiven when your part of the mob, as opposed to having an opinion on this board.
moes later came back and issued an apology for even posting that. Piggy did not and went way further than moes did in attacking moes wife who had nothing to do with this until Piggy brought her up.
Moes issued a threatening statement. Which shouldn't be taken seriously since it's on the internet. But when you insult his wife and his love life, that's taking it a bit too far.

I said a completely stupid thing, and I understand if people want me banned. But I think my track record on this BBS is a little more established than Gene The Pig, who has proven countless times to be insanely irrational and confrontational just for the sake of insulting people who disagree with him. I will admit that I also proved him at first, but judging by the first few posts in the thread... He was obviously making a Michael Vick thread with a racist tone, so I just assumed he was probably up to his usual tricks. I said what I did based on no evidence of what he actually posted, but judging by the first few posts by respected members of this board... I went with my gut feeling. Why the hell do we need another Mike Vick thread? We have like 3 of them going at the moment. Later I actually clicked "view post" to see what he said, and my suspicions were correct. I would have said the same exact thing to him if he wasn't on my ignore list. He made a stupid thread and I would have called him out for it either way. I expressed an opinion that he is a moron. He came back by insulting me and then my wife. I reacted like a meathead. I take full responsibility for that. I wish I could erase what I said, but it was said and I cannot change that fact. At the time I was blinded by rage that somebody could be such a coward as to insult a person who has no bearing on the argument. As a person who values logic and reason above all else, I cannot condone my actions. I believe in logical response and what I said was based on pure emotion, something I try to stay away from because it clouds better judgment. I apologize to Clutch and the members of this board once again for the stain I have placed on my reputation. That being said I do not regret for one moment calling Gene The Pig a moron, because he is the biggest moron I have ever seen on this board. I do regret stooping below his incredibly low level to respond and express my anger. My competitive nature makes it hard for me to take the high road and leave an insult hanging. I will not justify what I said, but I will say I am usually better than that. It was a moment of terrible weakness on my part, but again... I think my track record on this BBS is a tad bit tidier than one Gene The Pig. I am just glad he is gone from this board, because I have never come across such ignorance and stupidity.
You fail at quoting. Anyway, moes apologized well before Piggy was banned. Piggy went through the thread challenging others, calling people gay, saying we were giving handjobs to each other, calling people "hypocritical bastards", personal attacks, and check out post number 97 here. That looks like a direct challenge to the mods not to mention calling them that name.
If you tossed Clutch something for the Tip Jar, you could use an argument that might actually make sense, instead of this one, which is rediculous.
Accusing Clutch of favoritism is a bit ridiculous. If he had banned me, I wouldn't have argued with it. I'm honestly a little scared of myself for saying what I did. I have some anger issues that should be resolved.
