Let's be completely honest here. Everyone jumped on the "wife" comment because we know she posts here and would see it. There have been much worse things said about someone else's wife/girlfriend on here that went unchallenged. The defense was mainly due to her being insulted. Not him.
Gene the PIG emailed through the board, and made some interesting points. Basically, he stated that his intentions were never to start a fight, only to share an observation he had re: McNabb, and that nobody ever cries foul when Chinese folks are being ripped on. He also shared his thoughts on moestavern19 (member #1017), but I won't repeat those here. He asked that I post the email, but no way in hell will I do that - I would certainly find myself tarred and feathered. Rockets94, How did you guess it? You got me. I started posting here at 4. You sir are a bright one. I don't know how you figured it out. Was it the fact that I mentioned my children in the post you quoted or that I have been registered here for 8 years? Either way, great work, sir. It is fella's like you that give me great hope for our future generations. By the way, I have children older than 12.
This thread is a ratings MONSTER. And it's no secret that I got in on the GROUND FLOOR of this classic, being the first poster to declare this thread as awesome. But the real question is: What came first, the fail or the win?
I'm not harboring a grudge; I just remembered it when I read that remark. I think/thought it was inappropriate, but I understood that you thought you had license to do that. It's not funny to anyone who is the recipient of that kind of belittling. Frankly, I think that kind of license comes when you know someone not when you don't... but maybe that's just me. BTW, I don't know what Moe's wife looks like, although I would think she's quite beautiful since he has an exquisite sense of humor... Not everybody on this board is in and around Houston.
It's funny when people take things literally to attempt to turn the argument around in their favor. "What are you 12?" I could be referring to any given number of things. Your age, your biological age, your mental age, or the number of piss-poor reasons of why you are defending Gene the PIG--- excuse me HOG.
To give him access to post in this thread and this thread only would be a slice of heaven. Also, LScola, you're summarizing skills are mad crazy. Great work there. I enjoyed reading this thread. Thanks to all who made it awesome.
