Anybody know anything about 7979 Westheimer apartments?

I remember when I moved out I checked those apartments out in 2005. Even then it was too big and too loud for my taste.

Ended up renting down the street Stoneybrook and Westheimer (behind the old guitar center). remember paying around $700 for 900sq/ft and it was quite. smaller complex...again this was over 5 years ago.


Mate of mind used to rent a 'condo' off piney point (2254 S. Piney Point) pretty much north of Fondren and Westheimer. It was quiet and more of an older crowd, also gated.

 

Some units have a garage, some don't. Mine doesn't. I think the price is normally like $700 for my apartment, but I got an apartment locator to knock it down to $600 and then I worked my impeccable charm to get it to $560. I don't know how low they'll go. I would DEFINITELY advise hiring a (free) apartment locator...I used Citihomes on 6449 Westheimer and will definitely be going back when I need a new apt...
