if i call a wrecker service, and tell them that my car is stalled. ill be home soon, i dont have title, previous owner still paying and i got scmamed on craigslist, i got keys and thats it
im confused from what tax office told me, i told them my situation and was told i fill out paper work and somehow i could sell it even though the previous owner is telling me he will eventually give me the title.
Not going to work. A wrecker driver is not just going to come pick up your car from your house without someone being there and verifying that the person requesting the tow is the owner. If you don't have a title, no one is going to take the car from you, free or not.

Trolling? It sounds like he was either trying to get somebody else's car towed or he had a stolen car in his possession.
