I'm a technical writer in the industry. Well, the natural gas industry so far. Wouldn't mind another job down the road.
Anyone here have a double PHD in nuclear physics and rocket science? And also has experience in Olympic track competition? I'm looking to hire, just give me a call.
i graduated UT last summer with a master's in petroleum engineering, still looking for a job. no direct experience except the 2 years in grad school i did simulation work. any sort of chance to place someone for that?
My dad's got a master's in petroleum/chemical engineering as well, don't worry you will find a job. I would recommend you join http://www.miscojobs.com/, there is a fee, but it's well worth it, in the last 15 years, my dad has got offers due to this site solely. (A lot of international opportunities on that siteā¦I would recommend Venezuela if you get a choice, and I am sure you will, the oil companies there will treat you like a king) Good Luck.
I just got some land in the SouthWest region of Oil Empires. We're currently looking for some people to run the distribution center.
what soft ware is she currently using PDMS is in demand now so if it does not cost to much she might want get the training herself. If she wants to look around have her send me a resume and I can see whats out there in my opinion its worth a look.
The pay is OK with the industry picking up the way it is there is a lot of money to be made because there are so few exp people to fill all the slots so good exp designers and engineers can name there price.
With the industry the way it is i am sure someone would be willing to look at you send me a copy of your resume. What kind of software are comfortable using and do have any design exp.
Have you gotten a list from colleges listing those recent oil and gas interns that were not offered a job? Who do you recruit for? Shell? MobilExxon? Conoco? Marathon?
We tend to look for people with exp and we recruit for companies like Bechtel, Foster wheeler, Saudi Aramco, SNC, more toward building structures and pipelines onshore and offshore.
I think she'll look around next year if she doesn't get a good increase/bonus this year-end. I'll keep your contact details.
