I've threatened to leave Uverse multiple times and none of them have gotten me anything. I know my early termination fee is only $60 so I would do it in a heartbeat, but unfortunately, Uverse is my only option since my apartments signed a stupid exclusivity agreement. Maybe they can see that in my account, hence the stingy customer service.
Almost two years with out cable. I miss it, but I can not justify the price when I have other bills. Now I'm a streamer.
