All you have to change is the seeding. 1-16 instead of 1-8. Whole east vs west thing is hogwash no one cares about. Logistics aren't a deal breaker.

    Whattt? Mavs > pacers
    Blazers > Pacers

Both these teams also have big time stars capable of taking over games.
    East has.. John wall.

What's the difference between being a loser and not being respected for winning with a bug 3....which is technically admitting you are a loser....

Of course I'd like somebody's opinion besides lbj since all he cares for is 'winning'

yeah, players should leave their legacy in the hands of a terrible gm and organization....

lebron should have stayed with mo williams as his 2nd option when historically ATG players played with multiple all-stars/hall of famers...

such hypocrisy from a fanbase who want's to create their own "big 3" with harden/dwight/love or melo.

You're the lone person in the universe who doesn't respect him for winning.

They are forcing everybody else's hand to match in order to have a chance at competition.
It's a domino effect really. What's funny is you have teams who try and specialize in beating the heat by building a squad targeting them, we know how that goes

    Your kidding.
The heat are arguably the most hated team and so is lebron. Not only for what he did to Cleveland but also for creating a super team.

Point is teams in the west will battle fight. Miami's been sleep walking and warming up for the finals. Also , how about a semi final with Miami Lac, or Miami okc, then winner plays spurs? Its just better that way!

actually the celtics forced lebron's hand to start the domino effect by having him have to go up against perice/allen/kg/rondo while he only had mo williams.

Just as I hit the nail on the head with my first post in this thread ;), let me try to give you the BBS' response again:):

What does it matter he's winning with a big three?

They weren't the first team to do it and they won't be the last team.

No one had a problem with the Spurs Duncan, Ginobili and Parker, or Kobe ans Gasol, or Kobe and Shaq, or Shaq and Wade, or Allen, Pierce, Garnett and Rondo, or Jordan having Pippen and Rodman, or the Bad Boy Pistons teams, or Magic, Kareem and Worthy, or Bird, McHale and Parrish, so on and so forth down the line so why does it matter LeBron is doing it with a big three? Why should he be criticized for that or his championships are somehow "lesser"?

If he was on the Rockets, you wouldn't have a problem with LeBron or have a problem with the Rockets going to 4 straight finals...blah blah blah.

J.R. - Those teams werentbillegally formed via collusion with 3 of the top 10 players in the league at the time heading into their prime, so there's the novelty aspect. I respect lebron for winning titles, but not the east. That's a Sham and pointless trophy to have of you came together in the circumstances you did. Your whole post has no relevance.

I guess I shouldn't speak for everyone ;) but yes, I'd say many feel that way, especially the LeBron fanbois and Heat "fans".

If lbj made that team in the west I would nor anyone else would ever criticize .
J.R I the thing is lbj is a different animal/hybrid.

The question here is are you going to enjoy heat/sa for the next ten years or would you like variety?
In before I'd like to watch lbj play ffor 100 years. Am I the only one who isn't in live with his style, say like a flashy young tmac or carter. Let's just say watching him shoot is not art in motion? Don't get me wrong he dominates like no body's business and I enjoy watching.

honestly the skill gap is due to the playoff seeding. if it was #1-16 rather than #1-8 from each conference, the playoffs in general would be much more competitive (specifically the east)

I'm with you there, 100%. He's such a physical specimen. It allows him to he efficient to the point of boredom, and not a charismatic , take over kind of guy but a game manager . He makes the all time great teams, but I can't say I would watch him over other superstars in their prime. Very much like Duncan (but not as fun)
