hey man to hear about your little girl. Hopefully she will feel better tomorrow and enjoy valentines day with her dad
Thanks, tim! I'm famous? Or am I infamous? Hey! I think I got her to hold down a few ounces of water! She's been begging me for water all night and whenever I gave her some, she'd barf it back up again. So, as per doctor recommendation, I waited two hours from the last barf before giving her more water. Poor kid would wake up every 10 - 15 minutes with stomach cramps and beg me for water, thinking that the water would make the cramps go away. I gave her a wet wash cloth to put on her head and she tried to suck the water out of it! Finally, I've now given her water and she seems to be holding it down! Yaaay! <*yawn*> Now maybe we can get some sleep!
You need to give her gatorade...due to the puking/diarrhea your child is losing electrolytes..and is being dehydrated...also see a doctor...i'll help you out more in 4 years when i graduate from medical school ...i hope your child feels better
I know some magic that can help your woes. But unfortunately you do not believe in the "powers" of magic.
Nope. She puked it back up again. Bummer. We've got her electrolyte popsicles ready for when she can hold something down. But if she can't hold down an ounce of water, she can't hold down gatorade or a popsicle. No, I don't. But hey - don't let that stop you. Go do that voo doo that you do so well.
Im stil up...my normal stay up late routine...then wake up early tomorrow morning...sorry to hear about you staying up Drox...hopefully youll get some shut eye soon enough..
Sorry to hear about your daughter. How old is she? Hope you're able to either get some rest or have the ability to call in here in a couple of hours.
Tell her to drink a SevenUp... that will get rid of anything... - MEXICAN Have her wipe some windex... wipe some windex... - GREEK Have her go to the doctor... - White people sorry, I don't know what other ethnicities say...
Thanks for the support, guys! I ended up hitting the sack at 3:30. Ugh. As of 5:30 this morning, she is able to hold down a few sips of water. Soon (hopefully), we'll be able to give her an electrolyte popsicle. I'm late for work. I gotta get in touch with my boss and let him know the situation.
