Any Suggestions on trades that would benefit the team before the Trade Deadline???

I agree they should be the top 4. But a starting lineup with Yao, Griffin, Boki, Mobley, Francis will be very difficult to win a championship even in the future. It can make our fans' heart-broken year in and year out. You can see Bobby Jackson, Bibby, Kobe, Finley, Nash abuse this lineup in the playoffs. Even we can score 100 points, what's so good about it if the oppoents score 110 points? There is no way this lineup can beat a healthy Kings in the playoff.

Maybe I ask too much, but I want a championship team not just a playoff team like the Supersonics and the Mavericks. By the way, I do not think the Mavericks are going to win the championship with their lineup.

 

We should pry Eddie Jones from Miami. He's a much better fit than Spree. And he's become a really good 3-point shooter and knew how to play with Shaq when he was with the Lakers.

And he won't need to take a whole lot of shots. His game is complete and he's happy to pass, rebound, play D as well as shoot when needed.

Actually, the Rocks are fine. No need for any trade. We are deep enough.

I wouldn't mind getting Kurt Thomas someway without giving up Kelvin. Maybe MoT and Collier for Kurt Thomas.

For one thing, you forgot about our bench, which'd be just as deep as any team's. For another, what the hell makes you think that if we score 100, our opponent will score 110? You aren't basing this solely on the Grizzlies game, are you? (And... maybe the Clippers game... but we'll bounce back!!!). Cuz other than that, I don't see any reason to have so little faith in our defense after the way we started the year.

And just on a side note, how the hell can you compare the Supersonics with the Mavericks? ...Other than in 3pt shooting, heh heh.

Anyways, this team has given us every reason to believe they could be contenders in the near future with their lineup in my opinion.

I'd really like to look for someone worth trading Mobley and Rice too.

I know it was only one game, but Marco Jaric really impressed me last night. He reminds me a lot of Brent Barry. He's got a sweet looking jump shot and handles the ball like a point guard. It would be nice to have a player like Jaric to play beside Francis. Assuming we could get him cheap.
