Any Recommendations To Increase Memory?

The simplest thing to do is the exercise your mind. Just like a muscle, you either use it or lose it. Instead of watching TV, read a book, or better yet, do puzzles - crossword puzzles, soduku puzzles, etc. Studies show that when you exercise your mind, your memory strengthens and you retain information better.
