So Yao will have surgery or no surgery? This is a weird shoulder injury. It seems Yao's bone is not good for banging.

wow is it really that serious? it sounds somewhat career threatening when you have to do that much work to fix an injury. and this is the surgery that would reduce yao's strength to 75% of normal in that shoulder? it sounds very frightening for the rockets and yao. it's his right shoulder, correct?

obviously, I am a pro athlete but to fix my SECOND acl tear the doc had to use some of my hamstring tendon to reconstruct the acl. it ended up reducing my hamstring strength to about 85% of normal and it is very very frustrating and I never really recovered from it. however, my knee is also so damaged that it is pretty much bone on bone so that pretty much destroyed my recovery too.

me and yao need some stem cells injected to get better.

From my past experience, probably only half of this is actual translation and the only half is Pryuen's own imaginations. So I am not too worried about Yao's shoulder.

I am very worried about Yao's shoulder. it comes out from nowhere and from Pryuen's description, it's really serious.

pryuen didn't exaggerate anything. What he said is all there in the article. Whether the article is trust worthy or not, pryuen did not exaggerate ****.

Yes. Just ignore him and keep doing what you do, Pryuen. You are probably the most valuable contributer on this BBS.

It seems like you follow Pryuen everywhere just to personally attack him, its SICKENING. From your past experience??? I've read several other translations by pryuen, and time after time, you accused him of "making stuff up", and yet, MANY others that can read Chinese has CONFIRMED that Pryuen translated accurately. Did you not comprehend that or you choose to ignore it? I can read chinese myself, and I haven't seen a problem with Pryuen's translations, and heres a question for you, Can you read Chinese? Can you PROVE that Pryuen was making stuff up? Until then, stop making false accusations about other people. Pryuen is a big fan of Yao, but I don't see him hate Tmac the way that you hate Yao and Yao fans. Be happy and appreciate that we have 2 talented stars on the same team and stop the hate, its disgusting.

Pryuen, many members on clutchfans appreciates your work, and I hope comments from a guy like this doesn't drive you away from doing the great things that you do.

pryuen, I never doubt Yao's loyalty to Team China. "Soft Strategy" is my personal guess, and soft stategy doesn't hurt his reputation at all because what is good for Yao is good for Team China too. CBA is kind of bureaucratic and those administrators are always short sighted: playing Yao or Yi in those "commercial games" can not secure China an Olympic medal, giving other players (young guys, bentch) game time to develop may make real difference.

pryuen, I like you and I like Yao, next time I will think twice before posting my personal guess. :)

And of course your in-depth translations are far superior. Your jounalistic prowess begs me to wonder why you have steeped so low as to post messages on this board. Our eyes are not worthy of your written words. We only make pointless attempts to emulate the style and grace or your artististic verbal inspirations. Thank you for gracing us with your fellowship here on Clutchfans.

Pruyen...keep up the good work buddy!
