I read this as give douglas back his minutes. Rightly so since TD knows how to finish off.

Because our two undersized PFs combined can't even average a two digit rebound.

Hey man I respect how you got McHale's back, but how can you justify playing our starters 40 minutes in blowouts when we got a B2B the next night?

I generally try to stay positive but after McHale did that twice during our 7 game losing streak, he lost me. 3 times if you count the Celtic's game which wasn't exactly a blowout, but we were never really threatening.

Even the last game, we were DONE early in the 4th, why are most of the starters playing until the end? Why not give some bench guys more tick?

And have you seen our offense lately? I've always wondered what my pick-up games would look like if they were on TV. Now I know. I have never seen such little movement in an NBA offense.

Being a young team and not having the right veterans and proud guys around that will not go down without a fight. We have given up a few times this year that is uncharacteristic of a Rockets team but not necessarily of a young team. It happens, shots do not fall and you get down on yourself but it's up to teammates and coaches to make others focus again. This team has no leader, not on the defensive end anyway, and it's a real problem. We are running team but running back on defense, not so much. The effort is just not there and that at least can keep you in games you are not supposed to win. We've shown flashes of it but it's time guys start to buy in as a team. That is hard without a Scola, Artest, Landry, Battier, Hayes, Mutombo and guys like that.

its the team AND the system. Mchales offense is very basic, while harden, lin, parsons arent consistent shooters. Rebounding is horrid especially if Asik gets hurt which may happen soon.
