If we are talking strictly Crime related shows, Law and Order: SVU takes the cake. I tried watching CSI, NCIS and even the other two Law and Order shows, but found them nothing like SVU. Also, Mariska Hargitay is fine as hell!
i do. i think i'm also the only person in the entire universe who does not find Modern Family funny. tries way too hard for laughs. flame away, people. anybody else agree?
I hate all of the CSI shows but NCIS is the only one I like , along with SVU. NCIS has the character interactions and development that I like.
The greatest shows ever made are The Sopranos and The Wire so definitely check them out if you have not already. As far as current shows, you need to watch Always Sunny in Philadelphia and The Big Bang Theory, and one that no one has mentioned yet that is becoming my favorite comedy: The Life and Times of Tim on HBO.
Stargate: Universe show is like Battlestar Galactica.. dark.. with a lot of backstabbing, conspiracies, and plotting. Even though it shares the stargate name, it is the exact opposite of Stargate SG-1.
