They didn't rush. That said, the Rockets need more than just Josh Smith at PF and unless they start playing Harrell and he does really well, you only have one halfway competent PF with the team. They really do need DMo back and it shows almost every game. Smith is a good bench PF and in some matchups they can go small, but they need their starter back if they plan on making the rest of the season respectable and hope on having any kind of playoff run. I'm high on Harrell, but 1. They don't actually play him and 2. I'm not sure he's ready to be more than a low minutes guy just yet.
