I think historically we have moved away from our racial problems and there is data you are ignoring. Plus you need to peg down what you are talking about. The system v smaller parts of it that have issues that may or may not be caused by racism and may have other reasons. Like class in many cases.

I've given examples at the system level.

You need to define what you think "system" is then because it seems you are creating a mythical entity to distract from it.

Also, you seem to actually encourage racism in some of your views - like calling the virus a Chinese virus which has the effect of generating hatred towards Asians: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/nypd-m...st-asian-americans-amid-coronavirus-pandemic/

Why do you and the right seem to take the side that racism doesn't exist in our culture and our systems which are built around our culture?

First of all just because you have a complaint about part of the U.S. system of government, it isn't exactly the system as a whole. I am talking about our system. The one outlined in the U.S. constitution in case that's not clear. Second, you are pathetic if you want to argue about racism in regard to the word China. That isn't a race. It's a nation and it's a corrupt one at that where the Wuhan Virus originated. China Virus is an appropriate term as well since it's the place of origin, but I will say I prefer Wuhan Virus overall since it's the exact location. I don't think China represents ALL Asians and you can't actually prove that calling it China encourages racism with your anecdotal news story about some assholes attacking someone. You always scream the R word when you have nothing to say don't you? And I love how you're parroting Communist Chinese talking points. Don't be a tool of the Chinese bro and learn the difference between a race and a nation. A hostile nation at that.

Oh yeah and here are all the ASIAN countries... amazing how many aren't China. I would say it's a bit racist to assume that CHINA represents all Asians.

Attacks on Asians have skyrocketed since this virus has come out, and the WHO has stated it is not calling it the China virus to keep people from attacking Asians. It's about limiting violence. It's not me who is grouping people together, it's idiots who are too stupid to understand the difference between a virus and a human being and a gov't.

To deny that people are stupid and won't take "China Virus" as a means to bash Asian's heads in shows you are either ignorant or willfully playing the nationalist game

The virus originated in China like Ebola comes from an area near the Ebola River. I see no problem with people calling it the Wuhan virus or the China virus. The problem is context. Trump is a white supremacist so when he does it he has an obvious motive.

You have to actually prove that calling it China Virus causes people to think this way, or if they already know where it came from and are taking out aggression in the most idiotic and assholish way. I don't think the name affects anyone's feelings except the Chinese Communist govt who is worried about image control.

Why? It's obvious. Anyone can see that there is hate for China and that hate crimes against Asians are spiking. The question is, why would you have to prove that - why not just call it something else? It takes SO LITTLE effort to call it something else. And why are white nationalists clamoring to call it the China Virus? Isn't that enough evidence that you SHOULDN'T call it that?

I'm glad you think it doesn't affect people. Have you ever considered you are wrong?

I haven't heard a single white nationalist call it that because there aren't that many out there bro. This sounds like a paranoid fever dream you've worked up. I would suggest you get your temp. checked but this is normal Sweets. You've reverted to just shouting racism at everything again which is pathological for you... Also again this "violence against asians" thing is BS. I seriously doubt there is a significant spike and also you can't actually link the two together because you saw a few anecdotal incidents at media outlets that want to use this chaos as a chance to convince you of a BS narrative that hurts their political opponents. What you're doing is actually buying into the weaponization of Racism which China is well aware of how to use and pro China media outlets in the west and other people who are just too stupid in the media, are buying into it. They are concerned about their image and are running damage control and slinging the R word around to get the label off their back and to skirt responsibility for a problem THEY are responsible for not handling properly from the start. They saw this back in November and December and STILL allowed it to spread and failed to close their airports. They are also lying and saying it was from American sources. This is why China Virus is appropriate for political reasons and you don't need to look further than that. China is a nation and they are an enemy of the United States. They need to start being realized for this and they've been slowly working into a cold war with us for more than a decade. Also I bet low class assholes would attack an Asian person if they really wanted to because they already know it's from China and their ignorant racist brain would have already had this bias and hate, and think hey punching this Asian guy is going to feel good. This is not new information and calling it China Virus does very little to change that fact.

There are good reasons to call it China Virus for Trump too... in order to get people like you to stand up for China. The left still doesn't get that picking a fight on something like this is a losing battle for them. Ya'll just can't resist getting into identity politics when there is an emergency. And he's hoodwinked you and others into defending the people causing all the misery. A win for Trump from a PR standpoint. You have to pick your battles bro, and defending China right now is a pretty bad look. It's far better to unite and convince Americans your side is Pro-America. Though I really have to suspect that many of the Democratic voters simply just hate patriotism or are so elitist about themselves they think it beneath them. People like yourself are instead obsessed with virtue signaling how worldly and culturally aware they are and pushing this accept all cultures none sense. China is an enemy state that knowingly suppressed doctors who spoke about this, let it run wild for months, and did nothing to stop its spread. They have been stealing from our country for more than a decade and have been militarily challenging us on the world stage. And now, they need to be held accountable for what they've done to the world. It starts with calling it the China Virus because they're already trying to get out of it by saying you can't call it the Wuhan Virus. Tough t*tties. China Virus all day. Make that mark of shame stick to their face.

I don't have a problem with him or someone on his staff changing it to Chinese. Because there is a message there for our enemy. We are making them own it. In fact, I would be sad if he bowed down to China's desires to distance themselves from this mess they have given us.

The China Virus is a very big problem ruining our economies and way of life and THEY SHOULD OWN IT. Should they not be held accountable? Should they not?

According to Anderson cooper and Don Lemon, liberal bastions of excellence, this is directly a result of white nationalist rallies with 6 people in South Carolina. All minority related violence is.
