What he says is true historically, and it is less of a problem in America, but that doesn't make it ok or right. It's just something that needs to dissapear with time.

 

It won't disappear. When one tribe starts to approach the size of the larger tribe, you get conflict, every single time. The only thing that would stop the conflict from happening is a dictatorship where different tribes are forced to exist together, but the minute the controlling force no longer has power, the tribal warfare begins almost immediately.

If Europe wants to avoid this fate, they must reduce foreign immigration, especially in countries with already high immigrant populations.

 

Maybe I am misunderstanding, but you seem to be suggesting that we act in a way that is supportive of racism or ethnocentricism.

Have you taken into consideration the reasons that those people are generating tension? Are those acceptable reasons to you? or have you just decided that 'since there will be tension, it should not happen'?
