This just in, Al Thornton is available and Clutchfans are willing to give up Luther Head and Steve Francis to make it work out salary wise. This trade makes no sense for the Clippers, but Mike Dunleavy said what the hell. He believes Head and Davis would make a nice back court for the Clippers.

In this deal,we would save a little money and aquire someone who isn't scared to attack the rim. We are in need of a slasher and I think he could pull it off. Also, for you luther head haters, this would get him gone and undersized chuck hayes. Still leaving us with an open roster spot. This would be adding skill and save us money and losing a little used three ball shooter and an undersized PF. Also getting us a PG who stepped up while Jason Kidd was getting traded. Marcus Williams has a great future in the league if he can get with a team who would learn how to use him right.
