Just hope Demps pulls a Thibs/Pop/Pritchard and screws the Lakers just cause.

One thing is for certain; if Rondo gets traded back to New Orleans and bought out, he will not be signed by us.

If CC can shoot, yes. Some of yall are seriously overvaluing him. Look at Faried, who was rotten on the Denver and Nets bench, but all of sudden are posting career numbers along with Harden. CC is way better than Faried, but he is not a "basketball player" at this point yet. He is still a specialist. As such, Pels are not going to trade away AD just for him.

The reason why Capela is valuable and Faried was on the scrap heaps is because Faried is horrendous defensively.

It shouldn't shock anyone that Faried played 20 minutes against the Jazz, not the 30+ minutes he had been playing. And even then, Faried was a +5 in a game the Rockets won by 27 - not that a one game +/- says much.

You have to like Faried's hustle and effort and the fact that he can at least grab a rebound... but he is what he is... .which is a player similar to the Kuzma/Ingram's of the world, just old now with no upside potential.

I would take Kuzma/Ingram if I were Pels. Don't they already have Okfor that is looking pretty good. Kuzma is going to be a star in the league.

Right... I'm not saying the Pels would take Capela...

I'm just saying from an actual value perspective, Kuzma/Ingram are kind of useless on their own... just like Capela kind of is.

But at least, especially with Jrue being a really solid defensive PG, with Jrue/Capela, you could try and mimick some of the Harden/CP3+Capela PnR danger, and build a team around defense, spacing and 3&D...

IF the goal was to remain / be competitive...

Ok, if we are purely talking about "could CC help them" - no doubt. Around the basket he is evolving into a force that can catch. He is also very young.

Yes in my opinion. I can see him becoming a star but Ingram, Lonzo and Kuzma hardly.

    Is Cyber alive?

I'm saying could help them more than Ingram/Kuzma/Ball can.

Those guys just fill in empty slots... imo... as proved by them without anyone around them.

but they would surely take capela and cp3 and 4 picks

they could have their own BIG 3(capela holiday and cp3 ) plus great role players in mirotic okafor randle miller moore jackson payton and frasier plus 4 1st round picks alongside their own picks

tell me this isnt a TRUE CONTENDER for years to come AND
the best team NOLA has ever had

other young players and picks they can get from la or boston can only dream of becoming even close to this good

idc who gets AD, as long as it's not the ****ing Lakers or Warriors.

I would much prefer Lebron play out his days in LA fighting for the 8th seed year after year until he retires.

If we already know Demps isn't trading AD to Houston, then I hope Morey makes a leverage move to screw over the Lakers. Offer everything just so the Lakers have to give up their entire future to get him.

I can't stand all those ******* Faker fans coming out of the woodshed if they get AD.

Haha, if we can trick them into taking on CP’s contract for AD, that’s some sort backwards mind twisting right there. CP’s trade value is negative IMHO.

People only listen to him only when ball junior appears to have a promise to be a star in the league.

He needs to pull his head out of his azz. I have met people like that from work. They live in an illusion and whatever they have (power in most case) they can’t seem to understand that was an illusion and just became sad.

I'm not seeing it. The Pels don't want old, gimpy guys on giant contracts. They want a young star in the making and guys with potential and/or picks. Especially when there's a bidding war going on for Davis.

And just because CP3 started his career there doesn't mean the team or fans want him back. He already failed to take them anywhere.

Oh well. Good luck to him.

The Knicks though. What’s the throught process there if he wants to win?
