I don't like making judgements on people this early in his career, but this guy looks terrible. He isn't that athletic, can't shoot, no handles, and frankly looks fat and undersized.

Kwame Brown is by far the worst #1 I've ever seen, but even he "looked" talented, he was just lazy. Bennett doesn't even look like he should be in the league, much less a #1 overall.

It's too early to have him be a "bust", but he's well on his way. As others have said, he doesn't even look like he belongs in the NBA, much less a #1 pick.

Cavs management should be embarrassed with the job they've done over the years. All those top picks and all they have to show for it is Kyrie and maybe sorta kinda Tristan Thompson? And they want Lebron to come back? LOLOLOLOL

So why did they not draft vitor oladipo? He looked like a stud in college to me

they drafted Dion Waiters who doesn't fit well with Kyrie a season ago. they should've just traded Waiters and drafted Oladipo but I guess they didn't want to concede that they drafted wrong the first time..so they drafted wrong again...

Bennett was very athletic in college. He's just terribly out of shape and coming off an injury.

There were signs that he might have problems with getting out of shape prior to the draft. But the Cavs drafted him no.1 so they should've been prepared to deal with it. Did they just leave him alone without much supervision? Or did he just ignore instructions?

Who knows, but I think it's time to just focus on him getting into shape. Leave him in practice facility with physical trainer for a month, if necessary. Send him to D-League if necessary. What they are doing now seems counter productive. Now they have him struggling in games, the fans are booing him, and it's a matter of time before he loses his confidence if he hasn't already.

Yao Ming, though might not be the fairest and best comparison, looked like he was going to be a HUGE disappointment. His first 7 games he scored a total of 30 points. On his 10th game, he exploded for 30/16. Yao, of course, is one of the hardest working people that played in the NBA and had a great staff to help him out.

The point is, give him at least more than freaking 5-15 games to start calling him busty.

So many people last year we so high on Bennett and I believe he has the talent to be good player. But I was shocked Cleveland took him with the first pick. Honestly, Cleveland's front office decision making and their methods for growing players has never been good or even passable. Kryie is basically the same player he was when he was at Duke and no one has really grown as a player for them. And of course their drafting has been horrible as of late, getting those insanely good picks yet constantly missing out on what looks to be better players.

Just another mediocre franchise doing the same things that made them mediocre and not a destination for getting good player to come there. When you have young and just entering his prime LeBron on your team and the best players you can surround him with are Larry Hughes, Mo Williams, a way past their prime players in Shaq and Jamison. Something is wrong with the management.

Cleveland could've been such a good team. They could've drafted Drummond, rather than Waiters, and then Oladipo. A lineup of Irving, Oladipo, Clark, Thompson, Drummond is championship material in 4-5 years

look forward to watching him play the Vipers

Also I wouldn't even trade one of our 2nd round picks on him.

His rookie scale on his contract is crazy over the next 3 years

A hard working, smart and motivated Ronnie Brewer is actually a very good player. A lot of guys actually have star potential in the NBA, it's just that they lack motivation or are battling injuries to take advantage of their gifts. MKG is hard worker, so if he can develop a 3 pt shot (not that hard to do if you work on it, guys like Rasheed Wallace, Parker and Lowry learned to shoot 3's) then he's already in line as a Battier-type of player.

I wouldn't mind getting him as a sub to Parsons and potential replacement if we lose him to FA. Considering MKG had trouble making an impact in the Bobcats, I don't think we'd have a hard time keeping him in Houston long term.

Really have to question his dedication to the sport when you can't control your weight.

Well he definitely doesn't fit on the Cavs considering they have plenty of big men.

I laughed when they were reporting that the Cavs planned on making him a Small Forward
