Oh trust me I have seen it and experienced a lot more then I would like my future kids to experience. I will say this though, as I have grown older its been happening less and less frequently. Unfortunately I will still run into a racist ******* or a group of racist assholes at least once every two months. They will have no reason to hate on me, but will just do it because they feel they are better then me. This especially happened a lot in Austin with drunk white guys.
Why not just "people" who think they are superior based on prejudice or superficial public standards? Somewhat volatile.
oh i'm sure, and i wish you didn't have to go through that. however, i think they are just dumb rednecks and don't now any better. i doubt they have a conscious feeling of superiority.

Im sorry let me clarify what I meant by "superior" What I'm trying to say is that I frequently run into a lot more white people, then other races, who act as if they are more entitled to this country then I am or minorities in general. Dude if your a minority you know what I'm talking about, simple as that. Racism does happen with all races, but at least with me it seems to happen a lot more with white people. I'm only speaking from experience, my intentions are not to offend anybody. And I promise you I am not one bit racist towards white people, the nicest people in the world I know are white.

People who want everyone to hear how much they hate Microsoft, pop music, or anything that's deemed too mainstream to be "cool". Yeah I realize some people just don't like that stuff.. but there are a ridiculous # of people who hate on all that just cause it's the thing to do.
I know what you mean. I didn't notice this much when I lived in Houston, but when I moved to the Caribbeans for med school I did notice this whole "white superiority" BS. Whenever I go out and see white tourists, I see them taking pictures of locals like they've never seen a black person before, and they give looks like they feel pity for them. So, I pull out my phone and take pictures of the white people (I get weird looks like, "Why is this white kid taking pictures of us???"). I know we have this white superiority crap in us, not all of us, but a lot of us.
