So I'll explain it to you. Organic search searches for key words. In this case "unemployed" and "lazy" are the key words. Notice your search hits those two words but Democrat doesn't? The 11 million hits are on the key words "unemployed" and "lazy" not democrats. The main word linked is “Republican” get it?
