So extortion isn't illegal? Man if a kid does this they should lose all legal protection.

 

Sh*t like this makes me reconsider the age of consent. If a kid is "mature" enough to make the decision to blackmail, he clearly can decide for himself if wants to have to sex or not. SMH. Who is the real victim here?

 

i imagine if i had a secret relationship with a teacher, i'd be trying my best to make that as sustainable as possible. won't even be capable of thinking about blackmail.

This is sad. She should be fired from her job, not allowed to be a teacher again, register as a sex offender. He should be charged with extortion and forced to repay her.

the kid is a victim of one crime and the perpetrator of a different one. i kind of feel like he should be held accountable for this. not sure if the teacher should get the money back though. maybe give it to victims group?
