sign him 1 year and then let go. It is good for his backup for 3 to 4 position. Hope house will sign the contract
shumpert was a team worst -14..... holy **** i wish we would have just signed house instead of giving up a draft pick for him
We didn't give up a draft pick for him. We gave up a draft pick to save almost 30 million dollars in Brendan Knights Salary and luxury tax for this season and next season.
Funny . . .. if we end up signing house this trade will probably what facilitated it STARTERS: HArdon - CP3 - PJ - Fareid - Capela Second: Rivers - Ego - Iman/Green - NENE Where does House fit in that rotation Rocket River
Carl......... take your meds. You did the same thing when Adelman left for the big pay day in Minnesota where he could employ his alcoholic son. you did the same think when Patrick Patterson (who?) left the Rockets for Sacramento.
Right? And gives us a chance to be in luxury tax territory next few years AND gives us a larger MLE that will help us re-sign a key player. It’s so funny how stubborn people are on here. If we didn’t get under the tax our MLE would be what....5 mil? How much hope does that give us to keep Faried? Probably not as much as 8 mil. Would include Rivers in this convo but he’s just been awful recently.
Yeah his defence is solid. He really needs to keep working on his 3. Unless he takes the vet min I can’t see us keeping him and Faried. I wonder what the market will be for Faried. There’s still a few months left of the season to better judge his value.
Isnt Carl Herrera just a troll account meant to ignite the general forum with sky is falling rhetoric? Why would he change his approach now. It’s like having tinman let go of his 99er Schtick, FFB let go his ******* schtick, or b-ball whatever’s long claimed insider status schtick.
The attention seeking is definitely at an all time high the past couple of years for the original Rockets #7. If I have to blame Tilman for something it wouldn't be anything luxury tax related; it would be the fact that, with the purchase, it gave Carl Herrera a new slant for him to be a meaningless troll. A new sense of purpose if you will. Because those years of criticizing Harden finally caught up to him as Harden became the MVP and he really couldn't say **** anymore about defense, drapes, etc. I honestly think he stopped watching Rockets basketball--or even just the NBA in general--a long time ago and only continues to torment CF because it's one of the few joys he has.
