And we all have a responsibility to act if we want meaningful change. If Obama was really interested in change, he wouldn't have sat in the pews listening to his mentor, Wright, preach racial hate and ignorance for 20 years.

Expecting someone else to change and refusing to do so until they do is a sure fire method to make sure nothing changes.

A good point and one to remember when putting a Democratic ticket on the ballots of the 50 states that can win in November. Women make up a huge block of voters and one Democratic primary candidate has a distinct lead among women voters. That's not something that should be dismissed or ignored. I'm not sure how it'll play out, but the Democratic Party needs to do everything it can to tempt those voters to go Democratic and not stay home or vote for John McCain.
