Yes, it is safe to assume that the court does not have a liberal bent, since it almost never turned down, Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, or Bush II. It almost never denied their requests. It has denied Bush II's slightly more than the others, but still grants far more than 90% of what he asks, even by Ann Coulter's numbers. It may be that aliens from outer space will attack in the next year. Does anybody know? Could it be those aliens are making their plans now? Just like what you wrote above nobody knows for sure, but I'm not ready to circumvent the constitution for fear of it. I'm not ready to criticize others who are against spending money and changing the constitution because of something we don't know. I certainly won't write a column with evidence to support the theory of aliens invading another country, that asserts anyone who doesn't want to prepare for aliens is against defending our nation. I believed they were for sure. I thought they would have been a bunch of Renquist's magic party bus extras, but I found out differently when I attended a drum circle with those guys. First of all several of the FISA court guys had clearly bathed, and some had even shaved within the last 3 days. Even the free-love orgy crew didn't want them participating, because they were just too square.
